This issue is known to occur with iPhone users on the latest version of iOS 13.4.1 going through the sign-up process (at the time of this writing).
If you encounter the "Camera not detected" user interface screen after successfully taking a photo of your photo ID documents, you may do the following:
- Go to your iPhone's "Settings"
- Search and/or click on "Safari"
- Click on "Camera"
- Temporarily turn on "Allow" setting*
- Thereafter, you may restart the Onfido process by reloading the website in Safari app, or clicking on the URL sent to you via SMS (in your Messages app)
*After successfully going through the Onfido process, you may set this back to "Ask" or "Deny", whichever option you had it set to beforehand.
