EQUOS takes a number of steps to ensure the security of customer accounts. These include enforcing strong passwords and offering two-step verification (2FA).
Step 1: Click on your User Profile on the top-right corner of your dashboard. If you're on the Trading screen (/trade), click on the burger-menu icon on the top-right of your browser window. Then, click on Accounts or User Profile.
Step 2: Under the Security section, select Change Password.
Step 3: You will be asked to enter and confirm your new password as well as enter the 2FA code generated from your authenticator app.
After completing this form, you will receive an email confirming that you have successfully changed your password.
