Once a transaction is broadcasted to the blockchain network, due to the anonymous nature of the transaction, we cannot recall it nor can we identify the receiver. If you happen to know the receiver, please contact them or their exchange for the retrieval of your funds.
We encourage you to always double-check the receiving wallet address of your withdrawal before confirming a withdrawal request. The EQUOS system will send a confirmation email containing the withdrawal details (address and amount) every time you make a withdrawal request.
