In compliance with Singapore regulations, customers who remain at Level 2 of the verification process (i.e., provided their personal information and identity document but verification has not been completed) for 120 days will have their accounts closed.

If you have deposited funds into your EQUOS account and would like to request for a withdrawal, please send an email to with the following details and documents:

  • Full Legal Name (as it appears on your account)
  • A copy of your government-issued ID (i.e. Passport or National ID)

Once received, our KYC Team will review the information we already hold and, where required, will reach out to you to confirm if additional documents are needed. Please note that in some cases, we may need to schedule a video call to sufficiently verify your identity.

Please note that all withdrawals will be charged the standard fiat and crypto withdrawal fees.
