At EQUOS, we work with multiple banking partners for our customers to use. We partner with the following banks:
Far Eastern International Bank (FEIB)
FEIB, a Taiwan-based bank, is available as an option for receiving deposits once EQUOS KYC and bank verification are completed. Learn More
Prime Trust, a financial institution based in the United States, is a great choice for those that take comfort transacting through a US bank. Additional Prime Trust KYC verification is required after completion of EQUOS KYC and bank verification which may result in a slight delay in accepting your initial deposit. Learn More
NASDAQ listed (SBNY) Signature is a US-based bank with an institutional focus and the best choice for depositing larger sums. Customers with initial deposits over USD 50,000 are encouraged to select Signature Bank. Learn More
To select your preferred banking partner, individual users can navigate to the Profile screen and indicate your Preferred Banking Partner in the User Preferences section.
Select Preferred Banking Partner in the Preferences section. A pop-up window will appear with up to 3 banks as options.*
Once you have completed the above steps, you are all set with the preferred bank account for future deposits and withdrawals. You can always change it anytime at your preference upon created a deposit request.
Account Administrators for Institutions can select the preferred banking partner for each Exchange Account.
Select Institutional Setting from the top navigation to be directed to the Exchange Account Management screen. You can then select Manage Account to choose your Preferred Banking Partner.
If you have not created any Exchange Account yet, kindly refer to How to set up your Exchange Account(s) on EQUOS for further guidelines.
In the Preferred USD Banking Partner field, click on Select. A pop-up window will appear with 3 banks as options.
Once you have completed the above steps, you are all set with the preferred bank account for future deposits and withdrawals. Authorized persons can select another banking partner on the screen when making a FIAT deposit if they wish to.
