IMPORTANT REMINDER: Transaction ID is required when you instruct your bank to wire the funds to EQUOS. It will be provided upon deposit request submission (refer to How to make a fiat deposit for more details). The Transaction ID enables us to identify your deposit once it arrives. Wiring funds to EQUOS bank account without the Transaction ID will result in a delay in processing your deposit.

Please note that all bank fees are borne by users. It is important to have the correct recipient information while making a wire transfer. If there is an error in the account number or account name, we will not receive the funds and it will be returned to your bank. If you make a mistake, it may take several days for the funds to be returned in this case we recommend you coordinate with your bank for a “fund recall” to expedite the process.
