In celebration of Lunar New Year and in appreciation of our most active EQUOS customers, we are organizing a Telegram Engagement Campaign (“Campaign”) on the EQUOS Telegram channel (https://t.me/equosio). Subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign:

The Campaign will start on Friday, January 22nd, 2021, 00:00 UTC and ends on Friday, February 5th, 2021, 00:00 UTC (“Campaign Period”),

The Campaign is open to all EQUOS customers who are members of our Telegram Channel within the Campaign Period (“Participants” or “Qualifying Participants”).

Three of the most engaged Telegram members selected by our Telegram moderators will win 50 USDC and one surprise red pocket each for Lunar New Year.

Engagement can be defined as:

  • Participation in our daily discussion
  • Inviting friends to join our Telegram community
  • Sharing crypto news to the chat
  • Promoting our community against any rising fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD)
  • Creating positive memes to support EQUOS
  • Or any other creative activities you can think of to create a positive and engaged community for all EQUOS users

Total rewards available to Participants will be capped to an overall maximum of 150 USDC and three surprise red pockets, to be revealed upon pay-out date.

The winners of the Campaign need to have completed KYC level 3 by Friday, February 12th, 2021, 00:00 UTC to qualify for his/her winning rewards.

Participants shall not post any repetitive comments in the Telegram Channel and comply with all the community rules below to avoid spam messaging the other members of the channel.

  4. Promotions and solicitations are forbidden.

Reward recipients will be contacted by our moderators in the week of February 22nd announcing your winning status (“winning announcement email”).

The pay-out process will start within 1 week of the delivery of your winning announcement email. EQUOS Customer Support will reach out to the winners to collect your USDC wallet information during this process if needed. If you cannot provide/confirm your wallet information within 5 days of receiving communications from EQUOS Customer Support, you will not be eligible for your rewards.

Campaign General Terms and Conditions

EQUOS refers to Diginex Capital Pte. Ltd. (“EQUOS”, which term shall include its affiliates). For the purpose of this Campaign, “you”, “your”, or “users”, “customers” refers to you or any agent, contractor, employee, or person authorized to act on your behalf. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to EQUOS.

The Campaign is (a) only open to persons that are at least 18 years old and of legal age in their jurisdiction, (b) not open to residents of Singapore or of any restricted jurisdictions, and (c) not open to residents of any jurisdiction prohibiting or limiting such campaigns. Customers not permitted to participate in the Campaign will not receive any rewards or rebates from EQUOS.

Any directors and officers of EQUOS do not qualify for any awards from the Campaign.

We will not be responsible for any lost opportunity to earn rewards or rebates due to any cause (such as technical difficulties or over-capacity, system overload or load shedding, regulatory considerations, government directives, and government intervention) preventing registration of account, accepting deposits, executing trades, closing positions, or providing any other services to customers, or any subsequent changes to the terms and conditions of this campaign.

All valuations for the purposes of the campaign shall be determined by us and are final and binding.

By participating in the Campaign you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of receiving a reward and that any reward you may receive cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted into another form unless otherwise specified.

If you are deemed to be ineligible for this campaign for any reason or are prohibited or disqualified, we are entitled to at any time: (i) to forfeit, withdraw or withhold any or all rewards; (ii) where the reward has been paid out and/or utilized, to reclaim any or all of such reward and/or deduct the value of the utilized portion of such reward from your accounts with EQUOS in any cryptocurrency or currency.

We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify or prohibit a user or any other person from participating in any aspect of this campaign for any reason, including without limitation if we deem or suspect that such person: (i) has acted in violation of these terms and conditions, the EQUOS Terms & Conditions or EQUOS Trading Rules or any other agreement entered into with EQUOS (whether in relation to this campaign or otherwise) (ii) has damaged, tampered with, abused or corrupted the operation of the campaign; or (iii) has engaged in conduct that EQUOS considers inappropriate or unacceptable, which includes (without limitation) conduct inconsistent with the intended operation or purpose of this campaign as determined by EQUOS.

We may, at our sole discretion, decline anyone as a customer and suspend or terminate, in whole or in part, any account or other business relationship with any of our customers at any time, in our sole and absolute discretion.

A user who closes his or her account for any reason before the completion of the Challenge pay-out date will forfeit any reward he or she may have been the recipient of.

We reserve the right to amend or modify any of these terms and conditions, and to adjust, withdraw or cancel the Campaign, the reward from time to time without prior notice and without assigning any reasons whatsoever, notwithstanding that such amendment may be to the disadvantage to a user.

In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Campaign, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

In case of any ambiguity, doubts, or disputes arising out of or under any of these terms and conditions or any communications, our decision is final and conclusive in all circumstances without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

We shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages for any reason whatsoever related to or in connection with this Campaign, your use or inability to use our web site(s) or the materials and content of the web site(s) or any other web sites link to such web site(s) or your provision of any personally identifiable information to backend service provider or any third party under any circumstances. This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages were reasonably foreseeable. Certain jurisdictions do not permit the elimination or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, therefore our liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. If any provision of this limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable, only such provision shall be removed and the remainder shall be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These terms and conditions are governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

By participating in the Campaign, you represent and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Campaign terms and conditions and by all our decisions without limitation or qualification.

This page does not constitute any offer, invitation, or recommendation to any person to enter into any transactions described therein or any similar transactions.

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions will have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
