Effective March 31, 2021, EQUOS will have multiple digital asset custodians for BTC, including:

To select your preferred asset custodian partner, individual customers can navigate to the Profile screen and indicate your Preferred Digital Asset Custodian in the User Preferences section. A pop-up window will appear with 2 custodians as options.
Once you have completed the above steps, you are all set with the preferred custodian account for future deposits for BTC. You can always change it anytime at your preference when you create a crypto deposit request.
Account Administrators for Institutions can select the preferred asset custodian partner for each Exchange Account.
Select Institutional Setting from the top navigation to be directed to the Exchange Account Management screen. You can then select Manage Account to choose your Preferred Digital Asset Custodian.
If you have not created any Exchange Account yet, kindly refer to How to set up your Exchange Account(s) on EQUOS for further guidelines.
In the Preferred Digital Asset Custodian field, click on Select. A pop-up window will appear with 2 custodians as options.
Once you have completed the above steps, you are all set with the preferred digital asset custodian for future deposits for BTC. Authorized persons can select another custodian partner on the screen when making a CRYPTO deposit if they wish to.
